Adopt-a-Highway – Day of Service

1. Dearborn Rotary will be participating in the Michigan Department Of Transportation Adopt-A-Highway project for the Rotary District 6400 Day of Service on September 17, 2022. We will be meeting in front of Harry’s Army Surplus, 2050 N. Telegraph Rd., Dearborn, MI 48128 at 8:30 AM. Harry’s is just south of Ford Road (M-153) and parking is available on service drive in front of store and on street to south.

We will do a group photograph in median of Telegraph Road (US-24) in front of the Dearborn Rotary Adopt-A-Highway sign opposite Harry’s. Dearborn Rotary has been participating in MDOT Adopt-A-Highway since its’ inception. We will break into smaller groups and pickup litter along four sections of Telegraph Road between Ford Road and Michigan Avenue, a distance of 1.9 miles. Clean-Up generally lasts one to two hours.
